Gill has spent years overseas in Asia, Africa, The Pacific, South and North America and Europe taking photos of domestic and picture of street dogs. She falls in love with dogs where ever she goes. When she comes home to Kingscliff on the North Coast of NSW, Australia she comes home to her most loved dog "Bilsen". Bilsen is a pound dog from the Gold Coast in Queensland. While visiting a pound on the Gold Coast she found Bilsen in a cage. He had recently been transferred to the Gold Coast from Brisbane and he was on death row. They instantly bonded and she knew she they would be friends. Bilsen had the highest temprament rating that the RSPCA give of 5 which showed through in his gentle nature. The pound identified him as a Border Collie x Kelpie. He had long legs, loved to run, jump and swim. He is nine years old now and he has many more healthy years in him. He loves running on the beach while Gill rides her bike up to Fingal Head.
